Each item is packaged in a signature SILVA PIECES packaging and wrapped to avoid any damage during the freight process.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered by courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 3-7 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge via Express Post. If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products they will be shipped together and standard shipping rates will apply for the remainder of your order.
